Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your fresh press order by providing you with high quality paper goods. If you are unsatisfied with your Fresh Press order, we will try our hardest to make it up to you. Please review your electronic proof carefully, because we will not accept returns if you fail to identify mistakes or incorrect information before you approve the proof.
Because all Fresh Press products are personalized specifically for you and therefore, unable to be resold; we only except returns if the product received is different from the electronic proof approved by the customer, at the fault of Fresh Press.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
1. If there is a slight variation in color between the electronic proof and printed product. You should be aware that colors may look slightly different on your computer screen than on paper or on other computer screens.
2. If your image is distorted because you used an image that we recommended against. Our software will notify you if an image does not have the recommended resolution to be printed, so please follow the recommendations for optimal results. 
In the unfortunate event that we did make an error with your order, please submit a message through our contact form or email us at within 5 days of delivery and we will review your return request. Please specify whether you would like to receive a refund or have your order reprinted at no charge. If your request is approved; you will be required to send back your order, and your refund or reprint will take place upon its arrival. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
