  • A. A customer account is required in order to make a purchase on www.lovefreshpress.com. With a customer account, you can store and access your saved projects, order history and various addresses. You will have the ability to unsubscribe to Fresh Press emails at any time.

  • Q. HOW DO I START RECEIVING FRESH PRESS EMAILS?
  • A. To be added to our email list, create a customer account. To create a customer account, you can click the "My Account" link on the home page, sign up when prompted to during check out or click here to sign up now. If you have created a customer account and have not received any emails, please click here to send us a message.

  • Q. HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO AND USE IT FOR MY PRODUCT?
  • A. (1) Click the “Photos” tab. (2) Click the “Get Photos” button. (3) Click the “Upload Photos” button (4) Select a photo from your computer. (5) Select an album you would like to add this photo to or create a new one. (6) Click the “Upload” button. (7) Click the “Return” button. (8) Drag the photo(s) you would like to see used for this product to the “Photo Collector” area at the bottom. These picture(s) will appear underneath the “Photos” tab on the editing screen. (9) Click "Return" to go back to the editing screen and drag a photo into the area designated for photos.

  • Q. WHAT DOES THE LEADING EDITING TOOL DO?
  • A. Leading is the spacing between lines of text.

  • Q. WHAT DOES THE TRACKING EDITING TOOL DO?
  • A: Tracking is the distance between letters in a word.

  • Q. WHY ARE THE BACKGROUND TEXT AND IMAGES BLURRY ON MY ELECTRONIC PROOF?
  • A. The background images are optimized for the web and speed instead of being set at a high resolution, which can cause your proof to look blurry. This will not effect the print quality and all images will be clear when printed.

  • Q. WHY ARE CERTAIN EDITING TOOLS DISABLED?
  • A. We work very hard to provide you with unique and high quality designs. To ensure that you end up with a great looking product in the end, certain features of the designs cannot be changed. If you are unsure of how to use the editing tools available to you, click here to contact us.

  • Q. HOW DO I ADD ANOTHER LINE OF TEXT?
  • A. Where room allows, certain text boxes are multi line and allow you to simply press enter to type another line of text.

  • Q. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ALL THE TOOLS IN THE EDITOR DO?
  • A. If you are confused as to what a certain tool does when editing you product, scroll over it for a tool tip. If you are still confused or a tool tip does not appear, click here to contact us.

  • Q. HOW DO I MOVE THE PRODUCT AROUND WHEN I AM ZOOMED IN ON THE EDITING SCREEN?
  • A. Hold down the space bar while moving the product around.

  • Q. DO I HAVE TO SAVE MY PRODUCT AFTER I CUSTOMIZE IT?
  • A. If you continue on to order your product directly from the editing page, your product is automatically saved. If you do not continue on to order you product directly form the editing page, you must manually save your product and you will be able to access it under "My Projects" when you are ready to place your order.

  • Q. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PRODUCT BACKS?
  • A. No, the backs are a static design that cannot be edited.

  • Q. WHEN EDITING MY PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO IF MY TEXT OR IMAGE DOES NOT SHOW UP?
  • A. Select the text box or image, click "Arrange" and then scroll down to "Bring to Front." If this does not solve the problem, click here to contact us.

  • Q. WHY DOES THE LOW RESOLUTION SYMBOL APPEAR IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE PROOF PAGE?
  • A. This does not mean that your picture is low resolution, it is just a key explaining what the symbol means if it appears over your picture.

  • Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PICTURE IS LOW RESOLUTION?
  • A. The low resolution warning symbol (red triangle) will appear over your image.

  • Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "MY ORDERS" AND "MY PROJECTS?"
  • A. "My Orders" are products that you have already ordered. "My Projects" are products that you have saved but not ordered.
